The court ordered the removal of a man's genitals as part of his sentence for raping a 14 yr old
For a man hailing from Louisiana, a standard punishment just wasn't cutting it without loosing his genitalia to removal.

On April 17th, 2024, Glenn Sullivan Sr., aged 54, struck a plea deal after being found guilty on four counts of second-degree rape.
Sullivan caught the attention of authorities around July 2022 when a woman lodged a complaint with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office, alleging that Sullivan had raped her multiple times when she was only 14 years old.
According to an April 22 press release from Perrilloux’s office, Sullivan not only groomed the victim but also employed threats of violence against her and her family to dissuade her from coming forward. The district attorney noted, 'Many cases of this nature remain unreported due to fear.'
He marveled, 'The sheer strength exhibited by this young woman in speaking out against threats and adversity is truly commendable'.
The victim actually became pregnate due to the rape, and authorities confirmed through a DNA test that Sullivan was indeed the father of the child.
Assistant District Attorney Brad Cascio declared in a statement, "Crimes of rape against juveniles rank among the most horrific offenses we pursue. I am prepared to utilize every available measure allowed to us by the legislature, including physical castration, to ensure justice for the children in our community.
In 2008, Louisiana passed a law permitting the state to chemically castrate individuals convicted of specific sex crimes. Chemical castration entails administering hormonal drugs to diminish a person’s libido and sexual urges. Additionally, the law grants offenders the option of undergoing physical or surgical castration if they provide voluntary consent. This voluntary consent is exactly what Mr. Sullivan negotiated in his plea deal which will land him at the doctors for a snip.
This marks Sudirlay's second article this week of another man raping a 14yr old girl. It's clear to us that the only thing needed is to get these perps off the streets and enforce more physical castrations.
